Anaxerretibes

ALIAS: T3h Budda, Impact

Though not exactly God, Anaxerretibes is probably the closest thing to an all-seeing, all-knowing, all-powerful being in the Book of Fluids universe and therefore qualifies as a deity.

As an ancient Greek philosopher, Anaxerretibes obtained a whole lot of enlightenment and went on to become T3h Budda. He now exists nontime in the vault of the Temple of Sol and is not as uptight about the universe as you'd expect. He is rarely surprised.
