Maybe it's due to his heritage as a werewolf. Maybe the chemical reaction between Zardarkian and humanoid genes produce a strange mutation. Whatever the case may be, Vincit Omnibus has a condition that, when triggered, causes him to go into a kind of Beserker mode in which he reacts violently in an uncontrollable rage or trance of fury.

While under the power of the Bloodrage, Vinny's vision blurs and turns red, which is probably due to an increse in blood pressure. He has a heightened sense of smell and hearing, as well as increased strength, speed and agility, but almost all semblence of rational thought takes a backseat to instinct. In a way, Vinny becomes a spectator in his own body.

In Chapter 12, Vinny's Bloodrage evolves when he finally becomes able to turn into full werewolf form. Due to his Zardarkian genes, his form is more along the lines of that of an Arcturian Wolfbear.
