An unknown order which took possession of the majority of the MPOITU after the Dht'n'k'lz destruction. They reside behind a singularity in the third quadrant of the Khenteles System at co-ordinates (156978/124570).

The Hikari-No is actually a race of Dokkalfar known to have had connections with Jorgen's old tribe. They're a technologically advanced race even when they befriended Jorgen’s tribe hundreds of years ago. They left Earth on spacecraft long before space travel was even thought possible by Humanoids.
