Joel Diablo

The evil twin of Oscar Angeles. Not quite human, not quite demon. Joel has a pair of horns and a pointy tail. He can levitate on pure evil and hurls green fireballs--quite a nasty fellow.

He was once made military captain and governor of Hungarden by King Adamus, then President of the Republic of Gamezoha by Prime Minister Moebius. He was eventually stripped of all titles and honors, but relentlessly pursues Oscar and his friends for reasons not even Oscar can begin to imagine.
