A select group of officers who commanded the operations at OCON-G during the Republican Spasm. They were made up of five generals, including Brigadier General Mihai Costescu.

 

The group continues to exist in secrecy after the restoration of imperial rule, as a secret alternative to the Gamezohan Joint Chiefs of Staff, to continue operations in the event of massive casualties among the regular military leadership.
