Mansicka

The Mansicka are a race of tiny red humanoids with cherry-like heads vastly out of proportion with their spindly arms and legs.

 

Their true size is debatable. With their appearance in Chapter 27, they are a little less than an inch in height compared to Vincit Omnibus, who somehow mysteriously ends up on their planet, Mansickia.
