Mihai Costescu

 

Brigadier General in the GSMC, Military Intelligence, second division. Formerly Corporal, number 131313 during the Great Thaynan War and part of a sniper cell with Crown Prince Wernher Gauss, Costescu discovered The Pyramid during a botched evac procedure and learned its secret.

 

He was once thought to be deceased, murdered by President Joel Diablo. He later returned as monster created by Moebius and sent to kill Gauss during the Thousand-Suns Festival.
