A secret society created with the basic tenants of the Nibelungen as its foundation, using their scientific theories and magics to help spur galactic events. They're responsible for a number of questionable acts, including advancing ROCKET study, founding the Eight Godfathers, creating Lucifuge Corporation and forging the Earring of Power.

 

Max was a double agent for them during the Totolli Missile Crisis. Tyler Ticine was once a member.
