ALIAS: The Mother of All Orphans

 

President Joel's pet project during the Republican Spasm, Project MAO is actually Project Tetrahedral Righteousness under a new codename. The project was under the direction of the Kriegs Kabal until the end of the Republican Spasm, when the project was given the red light and further activity was either halted or left unreported.

 

MAO is a sadistic title, mocking prayer of Pope Pius XII to the Virgin Mary.
