Those with the ability to directly connect, organic to machine, and interface through mind and program, manipulate technical devices on a personal, humanistic level. Oscar Angeles is a technomancer--he has a number of biowires in his wrist that allow him to connect to a multitude of machines, computers and nanobot-infested humanoids.
