The Archivist is an ichthyanthropoid. He is described as being short and stout, with a long fishy beard, watery brown eyes and often seen wearing a monkish robe and carrying a staff.

While he is reportedly married to The Most High One, The Archivist lives alone on B7765123B, a neighboring planet. Unbeknownst to many, The Archivist has an extensive library of ancient texts and documents, which our heroes seek out in Chapter 5 in an attempt to learn more about The Stone of Fal.
