In Chapters 23 and Chapter 24, Vincit Omnibus and Windsong de Lanseau's marriage is interrupted not by the myraid assassination attempts planned, but rather by the intrusion of a group of individuals calling themselves The Remarkably Evil Four. The quartet includes:

• Wolfram Omnibus
• Kirsi Gauss
• Casimir Diablo
• Nava

The four teenagers are the spawn of some of our heroes and villains from an alternative universe. They traveled through time and between dimensions at Moebius' bidding to sabotage The Wedding, but when Jon Krigsley appeared with the shadow of The Grail, he was able to destroy the lies that Moebius had used to manipulate the four. They left to face this alternaverse Moebius and died trying to destroy him.
